Working women sometimes get more stacked in the work and in this daily routine work you get in the habit of neglecting the exercises that should be carried regularly.
You plan to have the half or an hour exercise at least thrice a week but due to work-out it doesn’t comes in practical. The best substitute for this problem would be if you adopt some simple daily exercises along work.
Here are few tips to exercise while working. These tips will play supportive role for you to carry the simple exercise with work.
- Walk with the stairs. If your office or home is on high floor get the stair at least up to 2-3 floors. E.g. if you have to go to the 15th floor take the excavator from the 3rd floor.
- Do the quick little exercise behind the door. Fold both your hands tightly across each other in standing. Now turn from left pushing from your right hand. You can do this 5 times in each direction. This will give a relaxation to your hands.
- Water is excellent for body. When you feel thirsty don’t ask for a glass of water at your place. You should get up and get it for yourself. The key message here is keep moving.
- If you are standing somewhere, simply tighten your butts as tight as possible and hold them for 5 seconds and then release. Repeat it for six times. While doing this make it as point that your back is towards the wall or if that is not a case then whether you are wearing a long shirt if you want others not to look at you weirdly.
- Try the abdominal breathing while you are moving around or you are going from one corner to another in your office. Take a deep breath and the time you are inhaling push your stomach outwards; don’t pull it in at that time as you will pressurize your heart. And in the same way when you exhale pull your stomach inside. Do this 10 times a day and you will really have a healthy exercise.
Walk fast, don’t walk slowly or linger. Have a habit of walking fast while you are going from or coming home back.
