Many working moms manage home and office together, no doubt that they are super moms as they work and also regulate the daily dietary nutrition of their child. But, sometimes not getting time for nightly meal preparation can make your child skimp from the nutritional balance.

As you are a working mom, you do have lots of work load outside and may even have hectic day schedule, which might differ in the quality of your nutritional and delicious dinner. Well, here are few ways to make the night meals easier without compromising with nutritional balance of your family. So, here is a menu for working mothers.

  1. You can prepare casseroles; it just requires the boiling of potatoes and noodles with other ingredients. Boil a packet of flat noodles and drain them, add a half-cup of butter, half-cup of milk, a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of drained peas and add salt and pepper to taste. You should bake this at 350 degree for 25 minutes. You can line the baking dish with a foil so that it is easy for cleaning and after the preparations just cover the foil and keep the dish in refrigerator. When casserole is frozen, place it in the baking dish and bake it for 30 or 35 minutes before serving.
  2. Another easy and favorite menu option is the pizza, most families enjoy it by ordering as making pizza takes too long. But making multiple pizzas at a time is exactly same like taking effort for one. Place the pizza dough over a foiled pan. Add the toppings and sauces and then freeze it. After it is solid just remove it from pan whenever needed. Keep the foil in the oven and heat it until the cheese melts. For your kids you can small size pizzas with their favorite type of toppings.
  3. Hot dog and hamburger patties also can be prepared like this in advanced and freeze. In same easy meals you can prepare many dishes like salads, sandwiches and spaghetti. Spaghetti sauce can be prepared before and kept during your weekends.
  4. Side dishes like au gratin vegetables can be whipped up during the free time and then just place in microwave before serving.

Always serve fruits along with the dinner as they provide a good source of nutrition.
